We don't share or sell any information you provide with us directly or indirectly to any third party. Our servers are not hosted by cloud services, and the only ones to ever see the information you share in the app is our team.
We use Apple’s opt-in service for crash reporting. Your device model, iOS version and the date that the crash occurred will be viewable by us. However, no personally identifiable information is kept by us or sent anywhere externally. The only things we will see are what steps were taken before the crash occurred. We will not see any data regarding how you use the app.
Should you choose to create an account, no personal information is tied to it. Accounts are not linked to, nor do we collect, usernames and passwords.
You may choose to share with our users a name to be shown in the about screen. This is completely voluntary, and you can change your mind at any time. We may take up to 48h to validate and propagate a change to the name you choose to display, and reserve the right to change it if it may be deemed inappropriate for some audiences. Deleting your account instantly removes this information from our service, though other users may continue to see it until they relaunch their apps.
We anonymously collect app and operating system version information, along with general device types. This allows us to better develop our app for the users who use it, and we do not use it to identify users in any way. We do however tag an account's credentials with this information so you the user of the account can identify the device that is associated with your account. This information can be deleted at any time by signing out with that device.
Should you choose to delete an account, we reserve the right to keep anonymized purchase transaction history for bookkeeping purposes. Should you re-create an account with the same devices you previously used a membership with, this information will be tied to your new account.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
